From Alertme
This is the AlertMe User Guide wiki, which contains information to help users understand their alertme system better, and to get more out of it.
This Guide is best viewed in the Firefox web browser. Although it will work in other browsers it may not look as nice as it could!
You may find the front page gives you ideas as to where to click for the assistance you require. Or, try entering something in the Search box on the left. (Please note that very short words, with 5 letters or fewer, may not give any search results! We are working to fix this.) You may also enjoy exploring this Guide through the Categories listed at the bottom left (and elsewhere in the Guide). Each Category takes you to a page listing all the Guide entries which pertain to the Category, and you may spot an article name which helps you.
This guide is created and edited by AlertMe staff, who ensure that it always contains up to date information. Topics discussed on the User Forums will help us work out what is of interest to you, and in time we will generate help pages here so that you don't need to use the forums to ask for help!
